Betr is offering former No House Advantage players in the 24 jurisdictions in which Betr operates, who still have an outstanding account or deposit balance, the option to transfer their balance to Betr to take advantage of our new Betr Picks product, which features industry-leading compliance and player account balance protections.

No House Advantage users who still have a remaining balance (that has not been withdrawn or attempted to be withdrawn from No House Advantage prior to September 7) and are within the 24 jurisdictions in which Betr operates.

You can play Betr Picks in Alaska, Arkansas, California, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kansas, Kentucky, Minnesota, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.

There are three steps to having your balance transferred: 1. Creating a Betr Account, 2. Completing the Betr KYC process, and 3. Making a $5 or larger deposit (which does not need to be played through) on Betr to confirm ownership of the payment method for withdrawals.

No, your funds are your own once you have fully completed the verification process. For further clarity, you have the option to withdraw your funds, including an amount equivalent to the balance you had with No House Advantage, immediately after making the initial deposit. This initial deposit is only in place to verify a depositing method in your name and there is no requirement to play through these funds to withdraw any of your funds.

This will happen within 48 hours of completing the transfer requirements.

While there is no specific bonus for transferring your account balance, Betr does offer a 100% bonus match up to $100 on a user's first deposit. Please note that you must play through funds tied specifically to this deposit match offer.

Users with an existing restricted deposit balance on No House Advantage can have that balance transferred to Betr as bonus funds, provided that they follow all of the steps set forth above regarding transferring their balance to Betr and all of the terms and conditions associated with bonus funds on the Betr app.

Unfortunately, Betr is not active in every jurisdiction within the United States at this time, so for those customers in jurisdictions in which Betr does not operate, your account and/or deposit balance will remain with No House Advantage and you will have to contact them directly to resolve any issues.

Unfortunately, if you have a pending withdrawal request with No House Advantage, Betr is not able to transfer over your account and/or deposit balance, so you will have to contact them directly to resolve any issues.
